Dollar Bureau's founder was running Meta ads himself, at about S$20 a day. That's around S$600 a month for about 5 leads, or roughly S$120 for each one.
He could see it wasn't working, but not why. He didn't know the best practices, whether his ads were set up the right way, which of his ads were actually working, or which numbers really mattered.
I rebuilt how his Meta ads were set up from the ground up, and gave him a clear structure to run.
Instead of sending people to his website, the ads opened a short sign-up form inside Facebook and Instagram, styled to match his brand. The ads were set to find people likely to fill it in.
Ads shown to people similar to the clients he already had, instead of a broad guess.
I ran a structured series of tests across ad messages I picked for his business, all built around the results his clients want. I took the strongest one and kept refining it until we found the best mix of ads.
New ads take time to settle. In the early weeks, when results were slow and he was tempted to pull back, I helped him stay the course.
Once we knew which ads worked, we raised the budget step by step, from S$20 to S$50 a day.
Six months in, he gets about 20 leads a month instead of 5, with no drop in quality. Spend went up 2.5 times, but leads went up 4 times, so each lead now costs about S$75 instead of S$120. The value of potential deals in his pipeline has more than quadrupled.
It's worked well enough that he has now added a second budget for a new lead offer, and is looking to scale even further.
