This site is run by Kwan Ken Leong, sole proprietor of KKLOK (UEN 53531673M), trading as Kinetik ("I", "me"). This page explains what the site collects, why, and how to reach me about your data. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What the site collects

There are no ad pixels on this site, and I don't sell or rent your data.
Who else sees it
- Google Analytics (Google), only if you said yes. It uses cookies to count visits.
- Web3Forms, which passes contact form messages to my email.
- Calendly, if you book a call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
- Cloudflare Email Routing and Gmail (Google), which handle email to [email protected].
Some of these companies store data outside Singapore. They're large providers with their own data protection safeguards.
How long it's kept
Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Messages, emails and booking details are kept while we're talking or working together, and for up to 2 years after, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Change your analytics answer at any time: ask me again.
- Ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask me to delete it.
